The suggestions stuff was added so that people could have an easy way to suggest new things to add.
However, in practice, it's terrible. It gets a lot of spam, so it takes a while to maintain. When people leave suggestions, they sometimes don't leave enough information and there's no way to get back to them to ask questions. Further, there's no way we can add all these things--we really need help. But there's no way to effectively pass things off to other people.
I want to nix the whole thing and instead point people to github issues.
