Separation of models #290

I was thinking it might help the readability and accessibility of this project to split out the speaker and category models/views into their own independent apps. The videos app is a little overwhelming at the moment.

Any thoughts?

It doesn't help my readability or accessibility plus the three things are all intertwingled. What is a video without speakers? What is a video without a category?

I don't think we have a compelling reason to split them out.
