enclosure length field for videos feed is sometimes "None" #296

Causes some RSS libraries to crash and burn. :disappointed:

I'm sorry you're disappointed. If you want to submit a patch and a test, that'd be super. Otherwise it'll wait in the queue until someone gets to it.
