Improve existing tutorials

Improve existing tutorials, for example:

• Tutorials overview page:
  • Add link to CIM/WBEM introduction
  • Describe alternative to downloading by checking out repo
  • Remove list of areas not covered by tutorials and replace a link to the issue #1416 for collecting ideas.
  • Make titles in the tutorials consistent with titles in the table
• Changes across all tutorials:
  • Change name of variable used as server url to server_url
  • Fix links to doc (client section has moved)
  • For each new class introduced, add a link to the full docs of the class.
• connections.ipynb:
  • Add to the section about stateless connections that requests has a socket pool.
  • Remove "using a dummy user and dummy password"
  • Describe why no runtime exceptions (move the corresponding statement in enuminsts to here)
• datamodel.ipynb:
  • Add example for creating instance with properties parameter
  • When talking about case insensitivity add that the original case is preserved
  • Add code example for CIMInstanceName
  • Add section for CIM classes and qualifiers
• enumerating:
  • Merge enuminstnames and getintance into enuminsts, as a second example that does client side filtering of the returned instance names before doing getinstance.
• createdelete:
  • Typo specfify
  • Link to DSP1001
  • Add list of profile collections for SMI-S, SMASH, DASH, VIRT
  • Change "CIM provider in the WBEM server" to "WBEM server"
  • Remove sentence about natural keys
• modify:
  • Sentence about modifying all properties: This is what the latest DSP0200 says, but implementations are not there at all.
  • Change code to use an existing instance
• invokemethod:
  • Remove static method invocation code, and just describe with a sentence. There are no static methods in reality.
  • For instance based method invocation, change to an actually existing method.
• wbemserverclass.ipynb:
  • fix link in overview page - not found currently.
• subscriptionmanager.ipynb:
  • Better describe filter, listener, subscription concept.
• mock:
  • Major update to match mock refactor

We decided to do this in 1.0.0. Karl wants to comment on the initial issue description.
