Per file processing time #35

Idea from https://github.com/AbdealiJK/file-metadata/issues/33 ..

Please add timing information for processing each file, and either print it per file, or print it only if there is a problem processing the file.

Also the job summary should print information about which files:

took the longest to process
took the longest to process relative to their size/frame count/etc

This may indicate something is wrong with the file, or with the tools.
