storage_node() fields in the Control and Turbine nodes could potentially be populated by using the name of the upstream node #2

In the case of the control node, the name of the upstream node is used as this would generally be the reservoir

In the case of the turbine this would be the 2nd upstream node? or some other way to define it automatically.
