New behaviours to keep in unified hydra-pywr:

Caching - network/scenario/template
RemoteJSONConnection
reference_model
Keeping/excluding nodes based on connections and link layout
Split link types handling
Independent parameters & recorders
node_flagged_recorders/parameter_flagged_recorders

Running a json file was implemented independently in hydra-pywr-direct.
