Remove deprecated functionality before v0.7.0 #563

Description of the change

See #530 for the list of removed functionality.

The kikuchipy.projections.ebsd_projections module is also deprecated and will be removed in v0.8.

Progress of the PR

[x] Docstrings for all functions
[x] Unit tests with pytest for all lines
[x] Clean code style by running black via pre-commit

For reviewers
