Apply signal mask in refinement to experimental pattern as well

Description of the change

• Apply signal mask used in EBSD orientation and/or projection center refinement to experimental pattern as well, closing #453.
• Use Rodrigues-Frank vectors in refinement instead of Euler angles, thus also changing the returned Euler angles to those vectors in the Dask array returned from refinement methods when compute=False
• Speed up refinement methods by using flattened navigation and signal axes internally
• Deprecate mask in favor of signal_mask in refinement methods
• Add three benchmarks for EBSD dictionary indexing and refinement methods using pytest-benchmark, for now only to be run locally when checking whether a change is an improvement or a regression in terms of speed
