Minor 0.8 release coming up #601

I hope we can make a 0.8 release soon. We have to wait for a orix 0.11.0rc1 release candidate to test against. That release will remove the deprecated crystal map "3D functionality", which might cause errors in kikuchipy.

I ran kikuchipy's test suite (from the develop branch) against orix from its develop branch (with the possibly breaking changes), and it didn't break any tests in kikuchipy. Hence, I anticipate that kikuchipy v0.7.0 should work fine with orix v0.11.0, so we don't need a release candidate from orix.

kikuchipy 0.8.0 is out on PyPI now. conda-forge coming later today or tomorrow.
