Add a notebook showing how to analyse STEM-DPC data #45

This notebook was adapted from the one made for pixStem. Main difference is how the data is loaded, and how the signal type set to the correct one (LazyDiffraction2D).

I'm not sure how to best handle the data file, which is fairly large (5 GB). Since the file is related to a journal publication, it is pulled from the Zenodo deposit (https://zenodo.org/record/3466591).
