Currently working on the notebooks that describe workflows I've used previously.

[ ] 06 - hyperspy bug issue submitted, will write a work around (for the notebook) if needed

So my work on 06 has been a bit troublesome, I'm planning to export the peaks (and maybe shifts) as data to be downloaded to speed things up a bit.

After the discussion in https://github.com/pyxem/pyxem/issues/719 I'm going to rush through "more complete" notebooks in the short term, with plans to revisit.

This is good enough to be worth merging, will attack the other notebooks when time allows.
