Fix Bug with Azimuthal Integration Demos #63

This should clean up the azimuthal integration demos and hopefully will provide some more transparency to what is actually being done.

Case two now works, but I would like to make that a little bit more direct rather than modifying the value in the metadata.

@CSSFrancis could you run Restart-and-clear-all-output on these notebooks, I think that should resolve the most of the conflicts, I can then do the rest manually. Many thanks.

@pc494 Hopefully that works. Jupyter notebooks are always a little strange when uploading to github...
