Fix Workbooks for 0.15.0 Release #80

This has a little bit more of a complete workflow and is used to show changes to the strain mapping code.

This might still need to be cleaned up slightly before 1.0.0 version release but this should be a better example for strain mapping.

@pc494 if you have a better idea for a more reasonable strain rather than my weird nonphysical strain that would be helpful. I might change the pattern to be a set of disks rather than Gaussian blurs but that probably requires some changes to diff sims.

I'm happy with this as is given that's been blocking for a while now, merging.
