This updates the strain mapping tutorial with some newer (and real) data.

There are some small bugs/weird behaviors with this workflow due to https://github.com/hyperspy/hyperspy/pull/3376 but it should be much better than the previous example.

Still think demos is a mess (see #95) but this feels like it's a no-brain improvement and should be merged?
