IPTW, AIPTW, and TMLE all allow the user to truncate weights by their probabilities.
It would be useful to capture how many observations have their weights truncated. This would be easy enough to do in the _bounding_ background function. This information would then be output in the summary() function for these estimates. Similar to how the number missing outcomes is filled in the table
