Can try to add an image scanner & processor on our own to detect extra information.

Info might include:

• Dominant & secondary colors in image (a-la albumart algorithms)
• face and/or object detection (way off)

should this info be put into XMP using custom tags (and darktable can safely ignore). or kept in db.
