Did not know there was a scroll bar #27

I did not know there was a scrollbar at all. but just a cosmetic issue. It is also flagged under known issues. However, known issues cannot be excused, and are still considered as valid bugs

Thank you for your feedback. We have opted to classify this as a VeryLow FeatureFlaw that is NotInScope for the following reason:

Why NotInScope? Refer to the screenshot below on the conditions under which a bug can be reported as NotInScope:

Rectifying this issue by simply changing the scrollbar color is undoubtedly less important than the work that has been done to customize the design of the whole TransactionsList panel. Additionally, since we have explicitly mentioned this as a known bug under the "Known Issues" section of our UG, as shown in the screenshot below, we are classifying this as NotInScope:

However, it is something we can look to improve in future iterations, thank you once again for your feedback!

Reason for disagreement: This is a screenshot from my own code to change the color of the scrollbar:

It literally takes 1 line of code. All you need is 1 line and this issue can be fixed. Super simple, the effort required is almost negligible, whilst providing value with user being able to use the scrollbar, and not having such an issue, hence "rectifying it is less important" isn't valid since it could be done extremely easily, time or effort considerations are not valid.
