Jetty zip should allow configurable prefix which includes version #166

The name of the jetty zip file is currently by default 

projectname-jetty.zip

and the prefix (root folder) within the zip file is by default 

projectname.

Should be possible to parameterise, for example, with a version number (e.g
projectname-1001)

In this case, the name will be 

projectname-1001-jetty.zip

and the reoot folder will be

projectname-1001
