As a user I want to be able to upload my profile picture #82

DESCRIPTION (definition of done):

user can upload one profile picture
any additional upload will overwrite the previous upload

TASKS: [1] #88

create a button to upload the picture (HTML input type="file)
create a button to save the picture

modify the route to save the profile picture

[3] #89

modify the view to get the fetched profile image and display

ACCEPTANCE TEST

Click on button "upload" image
select an image from file system
can click save button to save the image
page is re-rendered
page shows the uploaded image

If badly implemented, you may not be able to delete the image
