Issue: #22
Add a step to create the file .npmrc containing the NPM AUTH TOKEN
Pass the secret from github action to the bash script creating echo "//registry.npmjs.org/:_authToken=${{ secrets.NPM_TOKEN }} >> .npmrc

Note: We cannot yet verify if this PR works except when we will do a new release !!
