[quarkus-console]: Empty screen for tab metrics and logging

Issue

• The tab's metrics and logging of the quarkus console are empty
• Too many objects including also warning are logged by the browser's console

Remark: Console log of: detail, health, logging, configuration` tabs are also polluted wit too many objects

The quarkus application is running well

and can access the DB
