Deploy the Argocd Applications CR within the user's namespace as we have configured argocd to support such a feature. See: https://github.com/q-shift/backstage-playground/issues/39#issuecomment-1938403564

Remark: Warn the user that the ArgoCD project - field sourceNamespaces should include its namespace within the list
