Error_1: when you want to chose report reason. Error_2: when you want to see reports by admin panel. Error_3: when you want to delete all reports by admin panel. Fix please. Error_1 Error_2 Error_3

It's because of some changes in the new version of FormAPI, I will make a update for this.
