Is it support tamil language ?

If you wish, you can translate the q2a website in full Tamil. For this you look at the "lang" folder where there are files in the language. There you can change the language as you wish

You can see the list in the qa_admin_language_options function in qa-include/app/admin.php. Tamil is not currently supported by default but you can write your own translations - instructions here.
