as discussed in #85, this fixes two things:
-per section 5 of the datasheet clearly states the board can be powered from between 3.3V to 5.5V, then I have relabled the J500 positive input to be "+3.3V to 5.5V" in the annotated pic.
-and since the I/O buffers can only be used as inputs if the buffers are powered with 3.3V, I have added appropriate text to the hardware.md file.
