The only active unzip argument from nm.extract.xml is the zip extension. zip.program is declared but un-used (doc error, should be fixed elsewhere). In nm.extract.xml, zip extension includes the dot. It was hard-coded as '7z' in get.covmat (get.cormat is a virtual function of get.covmat), now argued as zip.extension = '7z', without the dot, by analogy to ext = 'cov'.
