Google Dorking : For the sake of viewer convenience #461

Greetings @qtranslateteam.

I noticed something interesting regarding qtranslate-x, using this Google Dorking :

intext:For the sake of viewer convenience, the content is shown below in this site default language. You may click one of the links to switch the site language to another available language. -github.com -wordpress.org

And this Google Dorking :

intext:For the sake of viewer convenience, the content is shown below in one of the available alternative languages. You may click one of the links to switch the site language to another available language. -github.com -wordpress.org

It's possible to find websites using qtranslate-x .

Giving the administrator the possibility to hide this notice would be interesting.

I wrote a patch for that and it has been merged with master, but wasn't released yet: https://github.com/qTranslate-Team/qtranslate-x/pull/313
