Language not changing back to English (from Chinese) #587

I am having issues with my site (gbbn.com) where the language switcher will not work at random times. We have both an English and Chinese version. What will happen is that a user will visit the site in America (which should load the English version), but it will load the Chinese language version instead, and not let them click back to English. This is only happening at random times, and it is hard to replicate. Usually the problem would vanish upon clearing the user’s browser cache or viewing the site at another time. I wonder if it’s a browser location or language setting problem, but if the problem is always solving itself for those it’s happening to, could it be a bug with the plugin?

This has been observed by myself and others, #482. I have not yet found a solution to it yet

Also having problem with my homepage http://chalupa-sazava.cz/ Default is czech language and is forwarding me to English pages clicking on any link on the home page in Chrome. On Android Samsung Mobile is everything OK
