Regenerating TN datastream fails #12

Attempted to regenerate the TN datastream in a Large Image collection (http://arcabc.ca/islandora/object/sicamous%3Aphotographs)

Started by going to Collection->Regenerate Child Derivatives

Select TN, then "Regenerate selected derivatives for all collection objects"

Result: I get a progress count -- 152/210 Regenerated derivatives.. Then, an Ajax HTTP error:

An AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 500 Debugging information follows. Path: /batch?render=overlay&id=33055&op=do StatusText: Service unavailable (with message) ResponseText:

Result: No derivatives regenerated.

Second attempt: Select TN, select a single object, Regenerate for selected objects

Result: Progress bar appears, reports success. Check the object: no change to the TN, no new revision to the datastream. If I manage the object directly and regenerate the TN from there, it regenerates as expected.

Conclusion: This function doesn't work.

Actually, it turns out that none of the derivative datastreams work -- only the MODS to DC. At least from tests on Large Image object.
