React messages should convert Discord username to IRC #111

Mention messages are not converted to IRC properly.

  1. React to a message on Discord
  2. React to it
  3. Discord looks like this image
  4. irc looks like this: image

irc should have been /me <qaisjp~d> mikey~d: lol @ that annual leave thing

Additionally, the nickname should probably also be zwsp'd
