We could make #p-support (!pchat) self-service and include something like this in the rules:

If you need to report a user or get the attention of moderators, please use !report.

And !report would just be some mee6 text explaining the different kinds of reports (e.g. server reports go on x subforum, cheats go on y subforum, for other stuff use !pchat)

maybe also make the bot output a hint to using !report when a keyword in their message matches, e.g:

  • report
  • mods / moderator
  • rulebreak
  • violates

and also make a command for other users to forcibly output said hint, if they spot someone that needs help

i mean like !dev

on another server we just have a bot for it if you pm the bot, it gets redirected into a channel

!pchat and !mod exist but not the !report thing
