Submitting a match for review #53

If it's possible, would you be able to allow the players to report their own 
match and upload a screen shot for evidence? Then, instead of it going 
straight onto the results an admin or moderator has to approve or reject the 
result?

If there is a way to comment on any rejected results and pool them for a few 
days in an inbox or something that would be awesome too (thinking if there 
are a few admins and one rejects a result by accident).

They would need to be put into the pending queue by submission date order so 
the standings aren't effected.
