Upgrading to Ventura or Sonorama #3

Hi, I tried upgrading to Ventura and it will complete the update but then will freeze on the start up screen showing the loading bar, if I try and upgrade to Sonorama it says it isn’t supported on this Mac. Just wondered if upgrading was possible?

hi, upgrading was possible but it needs to be fixed sth. I'm updating kexts and modifying config.plist file to comparable with ventura. Maybe 1 or 2 more days I will push a new EFI so stay tuned!

So I have successfully upgraded from montery to ventura, I will upload new EFI ASAP.

I've managed to install, thanks for this although on the set up screen, it freezes when I need to connect to my wifi network, i.e. I enter in the password and then the laptop becomes unresponsive? Not sure if it is something you can help with?

can u record a video or give me more detail, it would be great if you could send your EFI. Maybe you need to wait for 5-10 minutes after your laptop becomes unresponsive

Thanks, I used the EFI you uploaded and left my laptop awhile and it was still unresponsive. Also tried skipping the wifi setup but it still crashes when I try and log in...will try and upload a video and the EFI as well. Thanks for your help on this.
