Start closing issues #1163

Feature Description ... Theres 338 issues as of the writing of this. Some of them are 3+ year olds where the issues have been resolved and questions answered (Because people didn't know how to use it).

I review and close them from time to time, but they are largely about new features that I may implement in the future, so I don't close them.
