For now I managed how to compile Czkawka with gtk4-cross project, but still CI is missing. I will prepare new releasees for now manually for Windows

How to use docker?

• Run docker run -ti -v /home/rafal/test/win:/mnt mglolenstine/gtk4-cross:rust-gtk-4.6
• clone Czkawka
• inside Czkawka directory type build
• go to target folder and find gui exe
• Copy all dll, theme etc files from archive from above
• Connect czkawka_exe with all files from above(do not forget to remove old exe file)
