MacOS ARM prebuilt binaries #739

This will allow to not use x86_64 translation layers, so app could have better performance

The lack of x86_64 means that if i download mac_krokriet_heif and I install libheif with brew, i still cannot use krokriet becaue libheif is for arm64, not x86_64.
