This is expected behavior. Current algorithm not produce reproducible results, because reproducible algorithm would be a lot of slower.

Algorithm can take any image as base. With similarity 40, when 1 is used as base, it will have two similar images in opposite to image 2 and 3 which will have only 1 children.
