gwt-diagrams-canvas z-index problem #15

In Diagrams.css there is gwt-diagrams-canvas z-index: -1
This causes that on gecko (firefox) bezier/straight connections are not
visible if connected to RootPanel.get()

Hi Michal,

Does GWT-Diagram's graphic panel supports z-index? just like in regular html to 
keep elements over each other?

Any input highly appreciated!
