dumb user cannot find template file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I didn't even get as far as getting it to work
I can't find the template file - fb21_styles, it should be included in the 
bundle but i fail to find it. Is it somewhere else, in some realms hidden from 
my eyes? Tell me please

What do you see instead? nothing, only the non-working icons

What version of the product are you using? 2.21 
On what operating system? win 7

File templates fb21_styles for many languages ​​introduced in OOoFBTools. 
Style templates are automatically loaded into the document by pressing the / 
button or menu item "FB2 Styles Panel ..."

Unpack OooFBTools-2.21.7z by archiver 7Zip. Double click on the OOoFBTools.oxt. 
Restart Office. Open the document (the book). Click on the "FB2 Styles Panel 
..." or select the menu puntkt Ooofbtools -> FB2 Styles Panel .. fb2 styles 
loaded in the book and panel will be to work with fb2 styles.
After formatting to quotes, epigraphs, Headings, etc. by fb2 styles MUST 
restart Office - otherwise the image will not be exported (the problem of 
Office).
