В версиях 1.2? отсутствует функция склейки абзацев #63

В версии 1.19 весьма полезная при обработке 
большинства текстовых файлов функция 
склейки абзацев наличествует.
В версиях 1.2? (проверены 1.20, 1.21 и 1.23) эта 
функция отсутствует.

Это ошибка или так оно и было задумано 
(должно быть)?

Извиняюсь, был не прав.
Надо был читать ChangeLog сразу.
