add floors to minimap

[qaztiel]

as a user i want to be able to go up or down floors on the map

(tibias map has 14 floors with 7 being ground floor) the links for the pngs are at tibiamaps io's github

• [ ] add layers to the map
• [ ] import the images from github (same as before using the png)
• [ ] need controls to go up/down
