iKeyEx Switch & Toggle #48

Why you not insert a iKeyEx status switch in the preferences panel?

With this the user can disable iKeyEx keyboards, even if are enabled in the
keyboards settings and have only the iPhoneOS keyboards enabled.

With this you can create a SBSETTINGS & BOSSPREFS toggle for disable\enable
quckly.

Workable, but then I'll have to store the information other than
.GlobalPreferences.plist also.

BTW, need to figure out how to expose an interface for SBSettings (BossPrefs is
deprecated).

Probably adding 2 options to iKeyEx-KBMan is enough.

(BTW, if you are filing an Enhancement, please label it as "Enhancement" also,

when i create an issue i don't see enchancement preference.
