Update fr translation to include weapons menu and no-clip localization #149

Describe Pull request Add and update few missing translations in fr locale provided, mainly regarding the "weapon spawn" menu. I also include small changes to localize no-clip notifications.

Woops, I didn't check https://github.com/qbcore-framework/qb-adminmenu/pull/147 which seems to be quite the same PR as mine... . I'll let the maintainer decide if my PR should stay open or not.
