Ability to add a "fire" job to script #306

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes and No. It would be nice to be able to utilize a "fire"or other LEO dept to be able to heal people to have separate departments.

Describe the feature you'd like The ability for fire department employee, or additional LEO departments to heal others. If no EMS is on to provide better RP
