[BUG] Set Gang #999

Summary

Basically I recently slowly updated to newest core. It broke after I started updating to newest core. At this point I have most if not everything updated and it is still giving an error

Reproduction

  1. /setgang in chat
  2. Set gang through admin panel. Doing it here throws no error but it also doesn't do anything

Expected behavior

To give a gang job
