[BUG] Vehicle not found

Describe the bug If you park out some player vehicles you get sometimes the error that the vehicle can't be found. So in this time you don't get any keys or the actual Properties for the vehicle.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Park out vehicle

Expected behavior To get everytime the right properties and keys.

• When you last updated: 3 days before
• Are you using custom resource? which ones? [e.g. zdiscord, qb-target] YES, modded vehicles but this bug happens on vanilla too.
• Have you renamed qb- to something custom? [e.g. yes/no] NO

Have the same issue. Causing players to lose keys and says they are not the owner of the vehicles. Pretty frustrating when you have alot of players facing the same issue and where having to give back there vehicles.

@GhzGarage Thats a big problem (not involved with the PR it happens in the newest qb-garage without any modifications too)
