[BUG] Livery came off when i bring out my vehicle #226

If a put a livery on a police vehicle and put it in the police garage, and after bring out the livery come off. Only the livery nothing else. Any idea?

Upon storing your vehicle in your garage qb-garages saves all the ' mods ' in the player_vehicles SQL table. However upon getting the vehicle out of the garage it not loads all the mods.

I made a pull request where livery is also loaded but the main aspect of the pull request is the vehicle damage loading. It is still not accepted so if you want to try it please do a backup on your garage and SQL table just to make sure. (even if it not edits anything) https://github.com/qbcore-framework/qb-garages/pull/233
