This code will change how Garage saves vehicle damage. No more randomised values, it will save all the broken windows and doors, then loads on the car once it is taken out of the garage.

Some people had some issues but i can't reproduce it. I tested it with the freshest QB up to this date 2022.09.24 20:44 Old pull request: https://github.com/qbcore-framework/qb-garages/pull/233
