[BUG] personal vehicle key is lost from garage after sever restarted

Describe the bug Keys to personal vehicles disappear after server restart. Before the restart I have the key even if I take it out of the garage, after restarting fivem I have it, but when I restart the server, the car data is in the garage and I can take it out of the garage, but once I get off the car it locks and I cannot use it because it says I do not have the key. Because of this bug I can take the vehicle out of the garage indefinitely.

To Reproduce Buy a car from a dealer. You put the car away in the garage. Reboot the server. Remove the car from the garage. There is no key.

Additional context I cannot see the information of the car I purchased in my garage in the qb-phone app. My contacts also disappear after server restart.
